Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $69 shipped to addresses within the continental US.
FedEx is our preferred and recommended carrier and at checkout we offer FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day Air and Express Saver options. Other options available at checkout are UPS and USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We accept certain international orders. For orders shipping to Canada we use FedEx International Ground. To other countries throughout the world we offer FedEx International Economy or USPS Global Priority Mail and USPS Global Express Mail. These options will be offered at checkout priced according to the order weight and its destination. However, if you choose a USPS option, we highly recommend using Global Express Mail, as it is the quickest and most reliable method. Also, using Global Express Mail will include INSURANCE and it is more easily TRACKABLE. Please understand that after a package leaves the USA we have no control as to where it is. If your country/city has a notoriously bad post office, please DO NOT ORDER USING A USPS POSTAL OPTION. Also, please know the laws of your country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE SEIZED BY CUSTOMS, NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS TAXES. YOU ARE PLACING THIS ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Due to the frequency of fraudulent credit card orders from certain regions, orders from many high risk countries will not be accepted.
Return Policy
We care that you are happy with your purchase, so please make your selections carefully. However, due to health and sanitary concerns we cannot accept returns of sexually oriented items. Unauthorized returns must be thrown away and credit or exchange cannot be issued.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us within 30 days if you receive a defective item. We will determine as to whether a return is necessary. If so, the item will be replaced with a duplicate item and shipped at no charge.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If you miss your delivery and the order is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you. However, you will be billed for the original and reshipping charges. Orders that have been shipped and are refused or returned will be charged shipping fees and the 10% cancellation fee. A credit will be issued, less the shipping charges and 10% fee.
BACK ORDERS
Although our shopping cart is set up so that you cannot order items that are out of stock, occasionally an item you order may not be available. You will be contacted if any of the items on your order are not available. Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately. When the back order or replacement item(s) are shipped, we will pay the shipping charges on the second order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed within 24 business hours, but usually the same day. Orders cancelled immediately will incur no charges. After 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged shipping charges and 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued for the return will be less the shipping charges and cancellation fee, and the credit will be issued after the item has been returned to us.
